Commercial terms of use

Clear expectations, shared care.

These terms explain the paid Pet Pantry Pro service, including subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and responsible use.

Last updated August 10, 2026

By installing, accessing, or using Pet Pantry Pro, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the organization and agree to these terms. If your organization has a separate written agreement with Pet Pantry Pro, that agreement controls if there is a conflict.

The service

Pet Pantry Pro is software for pet food banks, animal rescues, humane societies, and related community organizations. The service includes a local Windows application, optional cloud synchronization, and web access where offered. Features, supported platforms, and pricing may change as the product develops.

Plans, prices, and automatic renewal

Current plans are shown on the pricing page: Monthly ($15 per month), Six-month ($80 per six-month term), and Annual ($150 per year). Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes may be added. Each paid plan renews automatically for another term of the same length unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize our payment provider, Stripe, to charge the saved payment method for each renewal.

Cancellation, refunds, and failed payments

You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support@petpantrypro.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues through the end of the already-paid term. We do not provide prorated refunds except where required by law or when we separately approve a billing correction. If a payment fails, we or Stripe may retry the charge and may suspend cloud and web access until payment is resolved. Local data remains on the computer, subject to the organization’s own backups and device access.

Authorized use

You may use Pet Pantry Pro for lawful pet food pantry and related community-support operations within your organization. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected service components, introduce malicious code, or use the product to harm people or animals.

Accounts and access

Your organization is responsible for safeguarding its account credentials, controlling access to its computers, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share passwords through ordinary email or public messaging.

Organization data

Your organization retains responsibility for the records it enters. You grant Pet Pantry Pro and its service providers the limited right to process that data solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that your organization has authority to collect and use the information it enters.

Backups and continuity

The software includes backup and synchronization tools, but your organization should maintain its own appropriate backup practices. Do not delete local application data, uninstall during an unresolved sync issue, or ignore backup warnings. Contact support when uncertain.

No professional advice

Pet Pantry Pro provides operational recordkeeping tools. It does not provide legal, veterinary, medical, accounting, eligibility, or food-safety advice. Your organization remains responsible for its policies and professional decisions.

Availability and updates

We may update the application or cloud services to improve security, compatibility, and functionality. We may temporarily limit access when reasonably necessary for maintenance or protection of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant service changes.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pet Pantry Pro is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Pet Pantry Pro is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid subscription will not exceed the fees paid for that organization’s current subscription term. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, a security risk, unlawful use, material violation of these terms, or conduct that threatens people, animals, other organizations, or the service. You may stop using the service at any time. When practical, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to export organization data before termination, except where urgent security or legal concerns require faster action.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when the service, law, or business practices change. We will post the new version and update its effective date; continued use after the effective date means the organization accepts the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
