Pilot terms of use

Clear expectations, shared care.

These terms describe the current private-pilot use of Pet Pantry Pro. A separate written agreement may apply to a participating organization.

Last updated August 5, 2026

By installing, accessing, or using Pet Pantry Pro, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the participating organization and agree to these terms. If your organization has a separate agreement with Pet Pantry Pro, that agreement controls if there is a conflict.

Private-pilot software

Pet Pantry Pro is currently pilot software under active development. Features may change, and occasional errors or service interruptions may occur. Pilot participants agree to provide reasonable feedback and promptly report serious problems.

Authorized use

You may use Pet Pantry Pro for lawful pet food pantry and related community-support operations within your organization. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected service components, introduce malicious code, or use the product to harm people or animals.

Accounts and access

Your organization is responsible for safeguarding its account credentials, controlling access to its computers, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share passwords through ordinary email or public messaging.

Organization data

Your organization retains responsibility for the records it enters. You grant Pet Pantry Pro and its service providers the limited right to process that data solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that your organization has authority to collect and use the information it enters.

Backups and continuity

The software includes backup and synchronization tools, but your organization should maintain its own appropriate backup practices. Do not delete local application data, uninstall during an unresolved sync issue, or ignore backup warnings. Contact support when uncertain.

No professional advice

Pet Pantry Pro provides operational recordkeeping tools. It does not provide legal, veterinary, medical, accounting, eligibility, or food-safety advice. Your organization remains responsible for its policies and professional decisions.

Availability and updates

We may update the application or cloud services to improve security, compatibility, and functionality. We may temporarily limit access when reasonably necessary for maintenance or protection of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant pilot changes.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the pilot software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Pet Pantry Pro is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from pilot use. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Ending pilot access

Either party may end pilot participation. We may suspend access for a security risk, unlawful use, material violation of these terms, or conduct that threatens other organizations or the service. We will coordinate reasonable data-export or deletion steps where applicable.
