Built for real conditions
Reliable when the internet is not
Many pantry programs operate in shared buildings, temporary distribution locations, or spaces with unreliable connectivity. Pet Pantry Pro keeps a local SQLite database on each authorized Windows computer so core work is not dependent on a perfect internet connection.
Cloud connection allows another authorized computer to connect to the same pantry. Supported changes synchronize automatically, and changes that cannot upload immediately remain safely local for retry.

The current application is not an inventory management system. It focuses on clients, pets, visits, distributions, reports, branding, backups, restore, updates, and multi-computer synchronization.
An optional inventory module is in development for organizations that want UPC barcode recognition and quantity tracking. It will remain optional because a pantry should not be forced into a workflow it does not need.
